[bux.to member contribution] V Dogg bux.to FAQ

notes : This bux.to faq is not written by me. I take this from bux.to forum. Here's the original source : http://buxbb.com/index.php?showtopic=15330

Everytime I browse around the forums I see all the whinin', moanin', and gripin' about the stats, the PayPal/Alertpay crisis, and the server downtime. Even some hater named JimmySlick had to come in here and make his unnecessary case. I just wanna answer some questions that everyone is asking. I know I'm not a mod or an admin or anything, but everyone just keeps giving bux.to a headache. And if bux.to gets a headache then they will eventually lose patience with everybody and shut down, refunding everybody that invested something (I'd think). Anyway, here goes nothing:

Is bux.to a scam?
No. I know I haven't received a single payment from bux.to but I know for a fact that it is not a scam. They have pages of proofs of payments on their main site. Besides, if it was a scam, three things would/wouldn't happen: One, there wouldn't be ten thousand plus people on the board complainin' about the stats, the server downtime, and the PayPal/Alertpay crisis. Two, the word would spread around quickly about bux.to EVERYWHERE online. Which brings up the third thing: Bux.to would eventually die.

But anybody can Photoshop a PayPal/Alertpay page. Did bux.to waste their time with this to get everybody to fall for their scam?
Just ask the millions of members who have received their payment and they'll tell you bux.to is legit.

Are these refs I buy all fake?
Nope. They are real. If they were fake refs bux.to would have died by now.

Alright, then where are they getting these refs?
From unreferred members that sign up, duh. They get hundreds of these a day. Bux.to is spreading around like a virus. It's called viral marketing, man.

Alright, I'm convinced it's not a scam. But why did they switch from PayPal to Alertpay?
For some odd reason, PayPal changed their Terms of Service to no longer deal with Pay-To-Click websites. I don't know what beef PayPal has with them but they just don't wanna do business with PTC sites anymore.

Alertpay doesn't support my country! I want PayPal back! Can bux.to help me?
Unfortunately, they have bigger and better/worse things to worry about. Like the server, the stat delays, and the bandwidth. Yes, we all want PayPal back, but PayPal doesn't want us back. All the finger pointing should be directed to PayPal, not at bux.to.

Then how the hell am I supposed to get my money from Alertpay if it doesn't support my country?
You can do one of three things. One, you can get the funds in your Alertpay account, transfer them into your bank account, then from your bank account to PayPal. The other thing you can do is request a check from Alertpay and you'll have your cash in like two to three weeks. If all else fails, wait on the bux.to card and see what's up. I'm sure you can open up an Alertpay account from anywhere in the world, just that you have to do certain things to get your cash, depending on where you are in the world.

What is up with my stats? I'm losing money here!
You may be losing money. Or you may not be losing money. If the former, no big deal, once they get everything right again you'll make it all back. If the latter, your cash is there, just wait on it.

The stats are a huge issue, though! I invested thousands of dollars/pounds/euros/pesos/yen/whatever into bux.to but I'm not making a cent back! What the hell is going on?
The stats are a very minor issue to them. That can be fixed. If the server would stop acting up, that is. That is their main concern to them right now. Getting the site back up and running. Because if they don't get that done then we wouldn't have anywhere to click. And everyone would sure be complainin' then.

Then why isn't support doing anything about all of this?
They are, trust me. But the thousands of support tickets, the forum posts, and the e-mails they get are giving them a headache, which makes their job even harder. They are only a few people. They're not some Fortune 500 company like Wal-Mart or Microsoft. I was gonna open a support ticket but I decided not to worry about it. I know what it's like to have millions of voices screamin' in my head. Bux.to must be feeling the same way. If everyone would just not give their hopes up and let bux.to do their jobs then we could have this problem fixed sooner. They are doing their very best any normal human can do.

I requested cash out like two weeks ago but haven't gotten my money. What are they doing?
Like I said, bux.to has a big workload to work with. It clearly states that it takes 30 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) for premium members and 60 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) for standard members. If it's after the deadline just give it a bit more time. Bux.to will deliver.

If bux.to doesn't fix all this I'm going to report them and get them shut down.
Good luck. You're only one person. You're nothing compared to the thousands of happy bux.to users. Give them time. Patience is a virtue. A true ninja is a patient ninja. Impatience is a bitch.

This (hopefully) should answer every single question everyone has. Now hopefully everyone will stop opening topics on the same exact issue. I have faith in bux.to. Keep your faith in them and keep God first. God will help them along the way.
