Bux.To - The PTC site that has changed the whole industry

This is a recent article at the uronlinebiz.com, an e-zine that covers about earning from the internet.

The Link to This Articles : http://www.uronlinebiz.com/buxto.htm

Taking a look at the PTC industry current top PTC site we can still see giant leaps of progress being made here. For quite some time it seems that bux.to has been able to pay out much more than “extra cash” which is a common phrase related with PTC sites. The last highest payout we had heard of was around $4000 at bux.to but recently they have gone much higher with an unbeatable $12.750 payout which went to the lucky owner of a large community.

Obviously that person had the means and the traffic in which to refer so many people however the amount of people gaining 3 figure payouts is increasing all the time thanks to more people purchasing the upgrades. The 500 referral upgrade has never been so popular and the results are just astonishing. The collective high earnings of the members at bux.to are now changing the way people see bux.to. Now bux.to is seen by many as an extra source income rather than extra small cash.

Because the site is now so popular we were curious as to how they handle this with their number of servers and what their plans are for them. They told us the servers in use are 2x Load balancer 3x Web server 3x SQL Server FireWall included which costs a small fortune.

They told us that their future plans also include a completely new script which should be operational within 4 weeks or so.

Its common knowledge that bux.to has been recruiting for quite some time in an effort to improve their service to the members. The last time we heard 15 people were employed at bux.to but that has now risen to 20 including volunteers and freelancers. The difference is very noticeable especial with the support system thanks to a very active forum with professional administrators.

It almost seems bizarre when one checks these facts they also find that bux.to is still listed as a scam site on other PT review sites. These seemingly rushed results bare a contrasting existence with the results found at the Alexa chart and bux.to’s very own proof of payment system with happens to be larger than any other PTC site.

The Alexa chart will also show bux.to miles ahead of any other known PTC site. To get an idea of what their Alexa position means we had a small interview with them regarding the stats of the site.

UOB: How many members do you have now?

bux.to: 2.5 Mil.

UOB: approximately how many visitors do you get per day?

bux.to: 500,000

UOB: What is your opinion of these sites that black list you so rapidly?

bux.to: We believe in them having freedom of speech even if what they claim isn’t true, at the end of the day our facts speak for themselves.

So there you have it bux.to has gained so much success that they have the right to be slightly un-phased by such black lists. What ever their reason for trying to discourage people from signing up at bux.to the 2.5 mil members with 500.000 visitors shows us that it isn’t harming bux.to or stopping them from growing as a business.

Recently at a global forum conference the worlds most famous entrepreneur Bill Gates spoke about how he is an optimist but and impatient one who feels the world is getting better but not fast enough and one of the reasons for this is because wealth is not accessible to everyone. We feel that what bux.to is currently doing is knocking at the door of this issue because literally anyone who has a computer or access to one anywhere in the world can sign up and earn money at bux.to there are no countries banned from signing up with them.

As materialistic as it sounds in reality money is what makes the world go round, it pays our bills and puts food on the tables providing it with not only our essentials but our luxuries too. Because of this it’s hard to find a reason why people should not sign up with bux.to and try to earn money there as it is quite simply the easiest way on the internet to get a lot of money for so little work.

PTCTalk supports Bux.To

Finally...

It's about time PTCTalk remove bux.to from their scam list and watch list...as the admins stated that they're now confirming that bux.to is not a scam...

Because of this action, there's a pro and con discussion on ptctalk, much of the ptctalk members are not happy with this decision...guess what they want is seeing bux.to down, which is unlikely to happen...huehehehe...

Well, here's their

After a long conference with Enigma we have both equally decided upon this change.
We have seen many conversations, and many arguments, and have held a few of our own.
But in the end, there is no denying that this is the right decision for clickers out there.

While bux.to does seem unsustainable based on the number of sponsored ads, and the amount people make, they still pay.
I've seen hundreds and hundreds of proofs from real members that have been paid.
I myself have been paid twice, a measly $10 and $20 payment, but nonetheless, paid.

Bux.to is by far the biggest PTC site available, and obviously the easiest site to earn on.
Many many members have purchased referrals with great results, and we think you can do the same.
I have earned over $200 now($100 pending) and it continues to grow each day.
Payouts may be slow but with the earning power bux.to has it is well worth it.

Myself and Enigma fully back bux.to and will stand by this statement in the future.
Bux.to members are welcome here, and welcome to post your earnings and your beliefs.
We will not tolerate "Bux is the best and all other sites suck".
This is the type of person we consider to be a buxtard, not just someone who uses bux.
Many people use bux, including myself, but I am no buxtard.
Buxtards are the people who seclude themselves to bux.to and will not listen to anyone else.
There are more ways to earn online than one, even bux.to knows this, and will not punish you for using more than one site.

Discussion about this can be held here, I'm sure there will be plenty, keep flaming to a minimum.
I will post my thoughts after yours and if you have any questions let myself or Enigma know.
You can now vote for bux.to on the Top 10 GPT list, and post payment proofs for them.

Best regards,
Cronus & Enigma

Hope this event will become a catalyst for a greater environment in ptcworld...

[bux.to member contribution] V Dogg bux.to FAQ

notes : This bux.to faq is not written by me. I take this from bux.to forum. Here's the original source : http://buxbb.com/index.php?showtopic=15330

Everytime I browse around the forums I see all the whinin', moanin', and gripin' about the stats, the PayPal/Alertpay crisis, and the server downtime. Even some hater named JimmySlick had to come in here and make his unnecessary case. I just wanna answer some questions that everyone is asking. I know I'm not a mod or an admin or anything, but everyone just keeps giving bux.to a headache. And if bux.to gets a headache then they will eventually lose patience with everybody and shut down, refunding everybody that invested something (I'd think). Anyway, here goes nothing:

Is bux.to a scam?
No. I know I haven't received a single payment from bux.to but I know for a fact that it is not a scam. They have pages of proofs of payments on their main site. Besides, if it was a scam, three things would/wouldn't happen: One, there wouldn't be ten thousand plus people on the board complainin' about the stats, the server downtime, and the PayPal/Alertpay crisis. Two, the word would spread around quickly about bux.to EVERYWHERE online. Which brings up the third thing: Bux.to would eventually die.

But anybody can Photoshop a PayPal/Alertpay page. Did bux.to waste their time with this to get everybody to fall for their scam?
Just ask the millions of members who have received their payment and they'll tell you bux.to is legit.

Are these refs I buy all fake?
Nope. They are real. If they were fake refs bux.to would have died by now.

Alright, then where are they getting these refs?
From unreferred members that sign up, duh. They get hundreds of these a day. Bux.to is spreading around like a virus. It's called viral marketing, man.

Alright, I'm convinced it's not a scam. But why did they switch from PayPal to Alertpay?
For some odd reason, PayPal changed their Terms of Service to no longer deal with Pay-To-Click websites. I don't know what beef PayPal has with them but they just don't wanna do business with PTC sites anymore.

Alertpay doesn't support my country! I want PayPal back! Can bux.to help me?
Unfortunately, they have bigger and better/worse things to worry about. Like the server, the stat delays, and the bandwidth. Yes, we all want PayPal back, but PayPal doesn't want us back. All the finger pointing should be directed to PayPal, not at bux.to.

Then how the hell am I supposed to get my money from Alertpay if it doesn't support my country?
You can do one of three things. One, you can get the funds in your Alertpay account, transfer them into your bank account, then from your bank account to PayPal. The other thing you can do is request a check from Alertpay and you'll have your cash in like two to three weeks. If all else fails, wait on the bux.to card and see what's up. I'm sure you can open up an Alertpay account from anywhere in the world, just that you have to do certain things to get your cash, depending on where you are in the world.

What is up with my stats? I'm losing money here!
You may be losing money. Or you may not be losing money. If the former, no big deal, once they get everything right again you'll make it all back. If the latter, your cash is there, just wait on it.

The stats are a huge issue, though! I invested thousands of dollars/pounds/euros/pesos/yen/whatever into bux.to but I'm not making a cent back! What the hell is going on?
The stats are a very minor issue to them. That can be fixed. If the server would stop acting up, that is. That is their main concern to them right now. Getting the site back up and running. Because if they don't get that done then we wouldn't have anywhere to click. And everyone would sure be complainin' then.

Then why isn't support doing anything about all of this?
They are, trust me. But the thousands of support tickets, the forum posts, and the e-mails they get are giving them a headache, which makes their job even harder. They are only a few people. They're not some Fortune 500 company like Wal-Mart or Microsoft. I was gonna open a support ticket but I decided not to worry about it. I know what it's like to have millions of voices screamin' in my head. Bux.to must be feeling the same way. If everyone would just not give their hopes up and let bux.to do their jobs then we could have this problem fixed sooner. They are doing their very best any normal human can do.

I requested cash out like two weeks ago but haven't gotten my money. What are they doing?
Like I said, bux.to has a big workload to work with. It clearly states that it takes 30 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) for premium members and 60 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) for standard members. If it's after the deadline just give it a bit more time. Bux.to will deliver.

If bux.to doesn't fix all this I'm going to report them and get them shut down.
Good luck. You're only one person. You're nothing compared to the thousands of happy bux.to users. Give them time. Patience is a virtue. A true ninja is a patient ninja. Impatience is a bitch.

This (hopefully) should answer every single question everyone has. Now hopefully everyone will stop opening topics on the same exact issue. I have faith in bux.to. Keep your faith in them and keep God first. God will help them along the way.

Great Article : PTC boom of 2007

Hi there,

Just want to share a very good article that i found on http://uronlinebiz.com. This article discuss about the nature and trend of PTC in 2007 and may still be valid in 2008. So, here they are :

PTC boom of 2007

Brief industry history

2007 seemed to be something of a debut year for PTC sites starting a business race between them to become the biggest before 2008 set in. Prior to 2007 for quite a few years PT sites had been around for a while but generally in PTR form which somewhat diminished when the high paying PTC sites took the lime light. Spring 2007 became a hot spot for fast growing PTC sites with adbux.org taking a very quick lead.

This period became something of a battle ground for other PTC sites to catch up with the obvious bux.to, AdverCash and ClixSense. Incentive based advertising was also becoming competitive marketing once the invention of referral purchase was added to the mix pushing the sites that had embraced it further up the chart. ClixSense for most of the year refused to get on board with it claiming that it would increase the amount of spam on the internet.

Of course it wasn’t long before that guess cost them a chance of taking any lead in the industry but never the less ClixSense become the most consistent PTC site rarely raising or falling in popularity. As any smart business owner knows at the end of the day your business is nothing unless you have high traffic and higher traffic rates result in a better conversion rate. It’s because of this fact that the web traffic monitoring site Alexa became a yard stick to weather a PTC site is successful or not.

By September of 2007 the chart had changed dramatically as adbux.org had started to decrease their $0.01 ads and instead support many micro style ads which were below $0.01 each. This seemed a bit backwards and reminded people of the poor results generated by the old PTR industry. As a result adbux.org popularity rate inevitably started to descend making it easy for bux.to to take the lead after holding onto their reliable $0.01 ads and simple user friendly website design. For reasons unknown many other the other PTC sites that started in spring were also copying the mistakes adbux.org had adopted.

What held others back?

This meant that the only sites competing with each other were after second place all failing to see that all it would take to improve was to put in the market research and hold onto the $0.01 ads. A lot of battles between PTC sites were becoming public simple because some administrators refused to deal with their quarrels in a professional and discrete manner. Some Administrators were trying to argue within public communities in an attempt to get people on their side with the classic sympathy vote.

This common behaviour among PTC administrators has slowed down the industry in ways that TV wont touch it and other off line industries consider it to be an uncontrolled flash in the pan. It can be hard to explain to people who are new to the idea of making money online the concept of the PTC industry simply because of the bad hype that surrounds it. This tarnishing of the industries reputation is sadly due to the number of PTC sites that get found out to be scam. Other online income methods that have a high association with scam such as Pyramid schemes and HYI programs seem to have a nock on effect with the reputation of the PTC industry just because it’s also an online process.

The reputation of the industry

One of the beauties of online business is the loose barriers between nations and the lack of politics that comes with it. However it is also very a very lawless environment to work in the freedom it has often gets abused by those involved with it. UrOnlineBiz.com has always tried to be objective between one business to another in order to let the facts tell us what to write and not the write the facts ourselves.

A story can never be written from the minds of a UOB journalist all stories that hit the news page are stories that found us and our ability to type them out. The rule of being as objective as possible is what makes the news reliable. This is the exact same rules that apply to an offline news company. Because of all the bad reputation that is kicked up from scam sites PTC site administrators need to change and adopt a more professional manner within the public eye. The slandering and assumptions that are kicked up on PTC forums may seem like a necessary measure to take but at the end of the day it’s not helping them. One could say it’s back of the classroom behaviour which will just never work in a business environment

How bux.to capitalized by keeping calm?

There is a lot of guess work that gets posted in the forums which of course starts rumours but what goes around comes around and profits can only grow for a PTC at such a rate without the good reputation label hanging on the industry you are in. Weather PTC site administrators like it or not they have to clean up their public profile and help each other improve the industries reputation before they tackle each others achievements/mistakes/miss trusts.

The Alexa chart has highlighted what happens to the sites that have tried to dictate to members of the public who they should and shouldn’t trust which is why you will find on each PTC forum the administrator has their own turf of people brain washed into hating a specific competitor. However the number of impartial users far out weighs those who don’t let the facts speak for themselves. One way to see this problem that there are many PTC administrators trying to mislead people in to believing only their plight is when they post their propaganda on their competitor’s forums.

The end result of 2007 is that bux.to kept getting stronger the more its competitors showed themselves up by trying to get the public into their argument without letting them decide. I guess the lesson here is that you can never fool the public because they can often bite back if they feel mislead. Every time a PTC site has taken a dig at bux.to the bux.to administrators were very minimal in their response which was good enough to help them come across as more professional.

How could it of been different?

Say this year had of been much more quite amongst the over vocal PTC sites one can only tell what their popularity rate would have been by now. It wouldn’t be a too hard to say the Alexa chart would have been collectively between all these sites much higher. All industries online and off rely on traffic and conversions much like how a human needs air to breathe and a heart to pump blood. This is why your sites popularity is what ultimately determines how successful it is and that is why the Alexa chart was correct for this industry in 2007.

Let the facts come to you, don’t write your own

No Same Password, please...

Hi there,

Most of us are joining more than 1 PTC sites, in my case I even join a lot. While you know, most of those PTC sites owner are in a serious competition. This competition sometimes can be foolish, like claiming other sites as a scam, or messing other sites forum.

When joining these sites, we tend to make it so we can quickly login and click the ads. That way, we usually set the same password. While this ok, but this could be dangerous also. What if let's say, one of those PTC Site Owner (PTC A) decided that they want to make things bad for their competitor, they can used their members ID and Password and try to login to their competitor site (PTC B ), if they succeed they can use that ID to mess around in PTC B forum, they can use autoclicker to PTC B, that way that member ID will be banned. Of course, the real member doesn't realize this (as with most of PTC sites doesn't have any log that members can see) and will be heavily surprised when they know that they're banned from PTC B. After that, they will start complaining on other sites and forums, and the owner of PTC A will be heavily support his claims and comes forward as a hero and claims that their site is the best.

So the moral of the story, Use Different Password for PTC Sites that You've Joined. Especially the one that you invest your money.

My PTC Experience

Well,

This will be my first post in this blog. I'll be talking a lot about thos PTC programs. Currently i've been a member of several programs (we'll get to the details later on) and I invest my money on a couple of programs.

PTC is addictive and yet dangerous. The addictive comes from seeing the 'illusion' that you're making money everytime you click on the ads. Why do i say that it's an illusion, well first of all, that money is still not in your hand, it's still on that program. And a lot of PTC programs are proven as a scam in the end. That's why it's dangerous. Coz you'll be investing you time and money (if you're a risk taker) on that programs.

Currently, I've invested my money on two programs, Bux.To and DailyClicks. I've held my hope high on this two programs. I'll be reviewing this two programs quite extensively.

Well, enough for an introduction. Hope to hear your comments.
